Late to the Game

I filmed this today, two Augusts ago today, before I caught a Shortline into Manhattan to meet Danielle for the first time. I was still reeling from the shock and it hung over me for a good part of the day. Thinking back on everything, I would guess that Esther wouldn’t have wanted much mourning … just celebrating. And then part of the audio was used in a WBUR story on Esther. I’m around a minute in, right before this YA author dude named John Green.
