Saw ‘Seven Psychopaths’ today. Still mulling over it … but, yeah, I definitely enjoyed it. I was cracking up probably 2/3 of the way through the film, just because of the level of ridiculousness. You’ll know it if you see the film. Rockwell, Harrelson, and Walken were spot-on psychos. Farrell was pretty good as an alcoholic screenwriter with writer’s block … who may or may not have been a thinly-veiled Martin McDonagh. And Tom Waits was gold. Didn’t quite care for how the younger women were treated in the film (in terms of screen time, characterization, etc.), though.
