The brother got these for me for Hanukkah. Even though I’ve read them already in graphic novel form, but he probably didn’t know/realize … or I think that was all the comic book store had in.

Sometimes we don’t always get along and sometimes I appreciate having him around. This time, I was speechless. And now I’m tempted to bring these to the next Neil Gaiman event in the NYC area to get them signed. Sign all the Sandman issues? SIGN ALL THE SANDMAN ISSUES!

Finally got a new pair of headphones after waiting close to 2 months for a pre-paid package slip thing from Koss after the replacement set of headphones I had since March/April started bugging out in late August/early September. The cord is a bit long, but the headphones are padded, were $20, and have a volume control knob thing.And the sticky tack for my exploding TARDIS and Back to the Future posters isn’t the best. XP Back to work!(And no, I’m not doing No Shave November. Or maybe I am. I don’t know. Just haven’t felt like shaving/felt like making the time to shave since Halloween or thereabouts.)

So … I’ve had this hat for a number of years … probably since ‘03 or ‘04. It’s been that dusty brown since probably ‘05 or ‘06 … or maybe ‘07. I tossed it in the wash to see if the dark blue color would return. It didn’t. But the fabric on the brim decided to tear a bit. *sigh* But it still hides the puff ‘caused by swimming in the camp pool.
